Product Description
A-ZEN terry towel warp knitting machine is widely used to produce microfiber cleaning terry towels which are easy to wash and quick to dry.
The applications of TS4-C towel textiles include cleaning terry towels, bath robes, kitchen towels, hotel towels, and sea beach towels.
TS4-C has a large productivity, polyester yarn, cotton, and PES/PA ( polyester and nylon combined, the proportion is 80/20 or 85/15, see image left) yarn are available on TS4-C terry machine. Microfiber terry towel producers could improve the towel surface quality and the water-absorbing effect by cotton yarn or PES/PA combined yarn.
The advantages of the TS4-C terry knitting machine lie in its large productivity, stable working performance, user-friendly operation system, and economical maintenance cost.
TS4-C adopts carbon fiber material as its needle beds and guide bars. The daily production for the microfiber terry towels in the 186" TS4-C machine could reach up to 1,000kg, and the terry weight ranges from 180gsm to 300 gsm (if cotton yarn, the weight could reach 400-600 gsm).
