PTFE coated Fiberglass Fabric: Fiberglass fabric coated with PTFE is made up of high-capability fiberglass which has steeped into PTFE. It is a new product with high capability and multiform function of complex material. Fiberglass fabric coated with PTFE has various good capability and it is widely used in aircraft industry, paper manufacture, food, environment protection, print and painting, costume, chemical, glass manufacture, medical, electronic, insulation, building (basic cloth of topping frame), sharpener slice, machinery, etc.
Properties:
- Stable dimension, high intensity, elongation coefficient less 5%.
- Good temperature resistance, 24 hours working temperature -60~300°C
- Low coefficient of friction and dielectric constant, good insulating ability
- Non stick, easy to clear stains and adhesives on the surface
- Good chemical resistance, it can resist all most of chemical medicines, acids, alkalis, and salt, it is fireproof, lower in aging.

Available options for open mesh belt edging:
1. PTFE Film Edging, which encapsulates the edge to stop fraying and offer protection. The advantage of using film is that it is soft in nature and will stretch with the belt when under tension.
2. PTFE Glass Cloth, which edging can be used as a sturdier option to film and a good option if a tracking arm is used to detect the edge of the belt when coming in to contact with it.
3. PTFE Coated Kevlar which is the most durable of the edging types. It is a good option when considering using guiding cord on the belt.
Available options for belt joint:
1. Bullnose joint, this one can meet the requirement of most belts.
2. Alligator joint, this joint fit for those belt which need the joint part to be flat
3. Spiral joint, this one is very light when comparing with alligator join
