Product Description
Carbon fiber is a key ingredient in advanced composite materials. It is the combination of high strength, high stiffness, extremely light weight, unaffected by high temperature /fuels/oils, anticorrosion, and low density that creates a product that is a high performance composite material.
We are able to fully customize any size or layup dependent on your function and projects needs, including custom cutting,
molding and machining. Material: T300, T700, T800, T1000, M40, M46 etc Custom carbon fiber fabric / carbon fiber cloth: Custom size, thickness, surface, color, layup, material.
Carbon Fiber fabric is light weight, high strength and high modulus. It has good resistance to fatigue, heat and corrosion. Width, axial, fiber areal weight can all be custom made. Carbon fiber can use for Car, Auto parts, Aerospace, Construction, Wind power, Marine, Boat, Automobile decoration, Sports equipment, etc.

Two layers of roving With or without a layer of chopped strands (0g/m²-300g/m²). It can be with mat or without mat It is ideal for applications such as wind blades, marine panel, snowboards, truck and trailer panel
E Glass Biaxial Fiberglass Fabric is a stitch-bonded composite reinforcement combining continuous roving oriented in the 0,90 or +45,-45 directions into a single fabric. Can be stitched (50-500)g/m2 CSM or Nonwoven fabric on the bottom. It can be with mat or without mat It is ideal for applications such as wind blades, marine panel, snowboards, truck and trailer panel.

E Glass Fiberglass Quadraxial Fabric It is a stitch-bonded composite reinforcement combining continuous roving oriented in the 0° +45°90°,-45°directions into a single fabric. Multi-axial fiberglass facrics are made from rovings. The rovings placed parallel in each layer in a designed direction could be arranged 2-6 layers, which are stitched together by light polyester threads. The general angles of the placing direction are 0,90, ± 45 degree. Unidirectional knitted fabric means main mass is in a certain direction, for example 0 degree. It is applied for vacuum infusion or winding process and mainly used for the production of wind blades, pipes, and so on. They are available for epoxy(EP), polyester(UP), and vinyl resin (VE) systems.
