Product Description
E-glass woven roving combo mat is a complex mat made by stitching together woven roving and a layer of distributed chopped strand. It's main specification is woven roving (300g/m 2 - 900g/m 2 ) with chopped strands (50g/m 2 - 500g/m 2 ). The product has a maximum width of 110 inches, it can be customized according to customer's request.
Fiberglass multiaxial fabrics are widely used in aerospace, automotive, marine, construction and other fields. It is often used as a reinforcing material for the manufacture of composite structural parts, thin-walled structures, complex shaped parts and so on. In the aerospace field, glass fiber multiaxial fabrics can be used in the manufacture of aircraft wings, spacecraft shells, etc.; in the automotive field, it can be used for the reinforcement and lightweighting of automobile bodies, chassis, etc.; in the field of construction, it can be used for the reinforcement of walls and roofs, and for earthquake resistance.
The product is wound on a paper tube of 76 mm inner diameter, diameter is 275 mm , wrapped in plastic film and placed in a cardboard or Kraft paper wrapper. Can be loaded in bulk containers, but also tray packaging.
Unless otherwise specified, it should be stored in a dry, cool and rain-proof area. It is recommended that the room temperature and humidity should be always maintained at 15ºC~35ºC and 35%~65% respectively.
