Fiberglass Cloth Combo Mat
E-Glass Stitch Combo Fabric consists of two or more layers of fiberglass rovings which are stitch-bonded. One layer of rovings consists of parallel aligned roving and different layers of rovings can be oriented differently and have different linear density. The rovings specification, rovings orientation, number of rovings layers, mat width and roll diameter can be tailor-made according to customers' requirements.BX-glass stitched combo mat consists of two or more layers of fiberglass roving which are stitch-bonded. Longitudinal Triaxial (0°/ +45°/ -45°)
At most three layers of roving can be stitched, however a layer of chopped strands(0g/m2-500g/m2) or composite materials can be added. The maximal width can be 100 inches. This product is used in blades of wind power turbines, boat manufacturing and sports advices.

1. Multi-directionality: By weaving fibers in different directions, glass fiber multiaxial fabrics can obtain multi-directional mechanical properties. It can provide better bending strength, tensile strength and shear strength at the same time, adapting to the force situation in different directions.
2. Uniformity: Because the fibers in multiple directions are woven together, glass fiber multiaxial fabrics have better fiber distribution and uniformity. This helps to improve the strength, stiffness and stability of the material.

Fiberglass multiaxial fabrics are widely used in aerospace, automotive, marine, construction and other fields. It is often used as a reinforcing material for the manufacture of composite structural parts, thin-walled structures, complex shaped parts and so on. In the aerospace field, glass fiber multiaxial fabrics can be used in the manufacture of aircraft wings, spacecraft shells, etc.; in the automotive field, it can be used for the reinforcement and lightweighting of automobile bodies, chassis, etc.; in the field of construction, it can be used for the reinforcement of walls and roofs, and for earthquake resistance.
The product is wound on a paper tube of 76 mm inner diameter, diameter is 275 mm , wrapped in plastic film and placed in a cardboard or Kraft paper wrapper. Can be loaded in bulk containers, but also tray packaging.
