Product Description
Carbon-carbon composite material ( C/C composite), is a full-carbon composite material made of carbon fiber and its fabric as a reinforcing material, carbon as a matrix through processing and carbonization. The carbon-carbon composite material has a carbon element content of more than 99% after high temperature heat treatment, so the material has a series of excellent properties such as: low density, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, good thermal shock performance, acid, alkali, salt, friction and wear resistance. In addition, the room temperature strength of carbon-carbon composites can be maintained to 2500 °C, which is insensitive to thermal stress and has good ablation resistance. Therefore, the hexagonal carbon-carbon composite material has excellent mechanical properties, which can not only bear heavy loads as a structural material, but also play a role as a functional material, and is suitable for various high-temperature applications.
L.T Group has a comprehensive product and technology portfolio that focuses on four field of graphite - ultrafine particle graphite mould, graphite electrode, graphite crucible, as well as other products mainly made of graphite.
Graphite materials exhibit unique properties such as good electrical and thermal conductivity, heat and corrosion resistance, low friction, and reduced weight while at the same time maintaining high strength. Due to the shortage of energy and raw materials, our high performance products made from graphite are in increasingly high demand in industries. They also play a progressively important role in everyday life, thereby substituting traditional materials.
As an important member of the carbon fiber composite family, C/C composites have the characteristics of low density, high thermal conductivity, low thermal expansion coefficient, good fracture toughness, wear resistance, and ablation resistance, especially their strength increases with temperature. , not only will not decrease but may also increase, it is the material with the best high temperature resistance among all known materials.
