Product Description
E-Glass Fiberglass Stitched Combo Mat
E-Glass Stitch Combo Fabric consists of two or more layers of fiberglass rovings which are stitch-bonded. One layer of rovings consists of parallel aligned roving and different layers of rovings can be oriented differently and have different linear density. The rovings specification, rovings orientation, number of rovings layers, mat width and roll diameter can be tailor-made according to customers' requirements.BX-glass stitched combo mat consists of two or more layers of fiberglass roving which are stitch-bonded. One layer of rovings and different layers of roving can be oriented differently and have different liner density. The roving specification, number of roving layers, mat width and roll diameter can be customized as per requirement.
Longitudinal Triaxial (0°/ +45°/ -45°)
At most three layers of roving can be stitched, however a layer of chopped strands(0g/m2-500g/m2) or composite materials can be added. The maximal width can be 100 inches. This product is used in blades of wind power turbines, boat manufacturing and sports advices.

- Multi-directionality: The glass fiber multiaxial fabrics are woven in different directions, providing superior mechanical properties in multiple directions. This results in enhanced bending strength, tensile strength, and shear strength, making it ideal for withstanding forces from different directions.
- Uniformity: The fibers in multiple directions are woven together, ensuring better fiber distribution and uniformity. This significantly improves the strength, stiffness, and stability of the material, ensuring reliable performance.
- Adaptability: Our multiaxial fabrics can be customized to meet specific application requirements. You can choose different fiber directions and weaving patterns to achieve the desired properties. This adaptability makes it perfect for fabricating complex shapes and curved structures.
- Processability: Our glass fiber multiaxial fabric is highly processable and can be easily compounded and processed with resin and adhesive to form glass fiber composite materials. It can be molded using various processes such as pressing, injection molding, and molding, making it suitable for a wide range of manufacturing needs.
