Product Type: Fiberglass biaxial fabric ZHONGJIE Code: ELT800 Unit weight: 800g/m2 (+/-5%) Raw material: Fiberglass direct roving, Polyester yarn Technics: Fiberglass biaxial is made of direct roving alligned in 0/90 degress as one layer, then stitched together with polyester yarn 0° density: 420g/m2 (+/-5%) 90° density 380g/m2 (+/-5%) Polyetser yarn: 12g/m2 (+/-5%) Warp gauge: 2.8 ends/10cm as usual, weft can be adjusted Roll packing width: Normal size is 1270mm, tape size available from 200mm to 2600mm, depends on customer's real needs Mositure content: ≤0.15% Sizing/Coupling agent: Silane Combustible Content: 0.4 - 0.6% Usage process: Vaccum infusion, Compression molding, Filament winding, Pultrusion etc; Compatible resins: Polyester resin, Vinyl resin, Epoxy resin, Phenolic resin etc; Application: Wind energy, Boats & yachts, FRP vessels, Waste-water treatment, Auto parts etc;
