FAQ
1) Q: Will you supply free samples?
A: Lab-dips will be sent by express courier, like DHL, Fedex etc.
A4 size samples are Free Of Charge,you just need to pay freight charge.
For samples bigger than A4 size, you need to pay some charges.
2) Q: How can I place order?
A: You can contact us by email about your order details,
or place order online.
3) Q: How can I pay you?
A: 30% advance payment and 70% balance to be paid via T/T before shipment.
4) Q: What's the order procedure?
A: You can choose use e-mail/TM to discuss production information with us,
then we will send an PI to you. You need to pay 30%deposit before
we go into production. After we get the 30%deposit, we start to produce
the order. We usually need 15-20days if we don't have greige.Before production
has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment.
After payment has been settled, we start to prepare the shipment for you.
5) Q:How do you pack products?
A: In roll packing with paper tubes inside and two layers plactic bags outside.
If customers have special requirements, it is negotiable.
6) Q:Please tell me the specification of delivery time ?
A: 20~40 days after receiving 30% advance payment from contract amount.
